Overview
These Terms govern your use of our website and services. By registering, booking a call, or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We provide project-management and operational consulting services, scoped and priced per engagement. Registering or booking a discovery call does not by itself create a binding engagement — the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees of any engagement are agreed separately in writing.
Registration & bookings
You agree to provide accurate information when you register or book. A booked discovery call is a scheduling commitment to meet, not a contract for paid work.
Fees
Engagements are quoted per project. Any pricing shown on the site (including indicative ongoing-support rates) is illustrative; the fees that apply to you are confirmed in your engagement agreement.
Confidentiality & ownership
We treat the information you share as confidential. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, work products created under a paid engagement are assigned to you upon full payment.
No guarantees
We bring real experience and best efforts to every engagement, but we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on this page.
